About the Role – Field Service Engineer

Are you ready to take onĀ complex challenges, travel to exciting locations, and make an impactĀ in industrial air pollution control? As aĀ Field Service EngineerĀ at TRK, you’ll play a crucial role inĀ inspecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrostatic precipitators (ESP)Ā and related equipment to ensure top-tier performance.

What You’ll Do

šŸ”Ā Inspect and evaluateĀ ESPs and auxiliary equipment, bothĀ on-site and remotely.
āš™ļøĀ Troubleshoot and resolveĀ technical issues related to ESP systems and microprocessor-based voltage & rapper controls.
šŸ“ŠĀ Analyze process dataĀ and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.
šŸ¤Ā Work closely with customersĀ and internal teams to ensure seamless system operation.
šŸ“‘Ā Document findingsĀ and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
šŸ› ļøĀ Prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfactionĀ in all tasks.
āœˆļøĀ Travel 40-50%Ā of the time to client sites across various industries.

What We’re Looking For

āœ”ļøĀ 2+ years of experienceĀ in ESP operation, maintenance, or constructionĀ (preferred but not required!)
āœ”ļøĀ Strong troubleshooting skills
āœ”ļøĀ Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or equivalentĀ technical training (college degrees are a plus but not required!).
āœ”ļøĀ Independent problem solverĀ who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
āœ”ļøĀ Excellent communication and organizational skillsĀ to work efficiently in the field directly with the customer.
āœ”ļøĀ Commitment to technical excellenceĀ and continuous improvement.
